Clip-on Shade from DANGER :-O

The complete sun shade set.

The plastic clip-on attaches by internal magnets in the bridge.

The rear of the spectacles with the clip-on sun shades.

I have been using prescription spectacles for 15 years. I always hate them! After hunting high and low for a year, I have finally found a new pair I embrace. From Cyber Eyeworks unisex pair, it features plastic frame, clip-on polarized shades, flexible spring hinges and a variety of vibrant colours and designs, one has to be contempt. For my prescription lens, I choose Hoya HVP (Hoya Single Vision & Progressive) aspheric, high index 1.67, UV protection, multi coating with scratch resistant. With my first time donning shades, I am loving my prescription spectacles!

Rising temperatures and apparent global warming? Never has been a better time to purchase the most functional prescription spectacles. As I always think of my fans, listed below are some tips for making that wise ;-) selection:

1)    Plastic frame – Plastic is a bad conductor of heat. This feature will protect your eye from burn and heat.

2)    Shades – UV protection, plastic lens and polarized are important features for frequent outdoors.

3)    Spring hinges – For accidental collisions, this will increase durability.

J Listed below are tips to maintaining the showroom look eyewear:

1)    Prescription lens – Face spectacles downwards with temples facing upwards. Wet finger tip with water. Gently rub lens. Then wet finger tip with a little bath gel and repeat. After, use a very damp microfiber lens cloth and gently wipe lens and then the whole spectacles. Lastly, use a dry microfiber lens cloth to finish.

2)    Polarized shades – Rinse in slow tap water. Then dap gently with microfiber lens cloth. Depending on usage, (1) & (2) should be done at least once at day’s end.

3)    Storage – Always store spectacles wrapped in microfiber lens cloth in a hard case. It should  face upwards.

Remember to protect skin with SPF 50 sunblock too! Now we can enjoy the sun and the bright future it energizes.

We have been promoting a FREE knowledge and NO obligation beauty talk to our old contact circle. Our Forever Living up line suggested these. However, other than our down lines' contacts, none of ours attended. I felt guilty as our up line put so much effort but we did not deliver directly. This knowledge is new to us. We have been putting it to good use as a health status guide. We can access our health status by looking in the mirror and hey, it is FREE!

Hence, I would like to benefit all my fashionistas! I am confident all will benefit from this and achieve good health resulting in happiness and rewarding in beauty J

Face mapping: What are your spots telling you?
19 APRIL 2013We're often left baffled by a sudden outbreak of spots concentrated in one area of the face. Is it hormone-related? Did I miss my five-a-day?

The ancient art of face mapping can help you identify the cause of your blemishes by splitting the face into several sections such as forehead, chin and nose and understanding the different 'zones'.

Each area reflects a different part of your internal health, so what exactly do pimples on certain areas mean?
HELLO! Online takes you behind a facial spot map…

Face mapping

Zones 1 & 3: The Digestive System
Chocolate and spots are a synonymous combination but, in general, high amounts of fat within your diet can lead you to breakout across your forehead. Cleanse your diet with antioxidant-rich green tea and up your water intake to clear this area.

Zone 2: Liver
Alcohol and dairy are said to be the main causes for spots in this area as well as reactions to food allergies. Consult your doctor first if you are worried about intolerance but otherwise.

Zones 4, 6, 8 and 10: Kidneys
Spots close to your ear and even dark circles around the eyes can be caused by dehydration. Make sure you keep well hydrated throughout the day by drinking, at least, eight glasses of water a day and avoiding coffee, tea and salt whenever possible.

Zone 7: Heart
This area is skin is full of dilated pores so make sure your make-up brushes and anything that you bring close to your face are kept clean. Try to reduce high blood pressure for an internal solution to clearing spots in this area. Replace 'bad' fats with more fruits, vegetables, nuts and Omega-rich fish and consult your doctor if you have any further heart-related concerns.

Zones 5 & 9: Respiratory system
If you're a smoker you may find that you are more prone to acne along the tops of your cheeks. However, like most people, increasing your exposure to fresh air with long and regular walks can do wonders for your complexion.

Zone 11 & 13: Hormones
For many women, this zone is a key indicator of stress and hormonal imbalances particularly around a certain time of the month. While there is little to do that can prevent these changes, eating clean with plenty of exercise will do more good than bad for your complexion.

Zone 12: Stomach
If your diet has been loaded with rich and heavy foods then consider a detox or adding more fibre to your diet and exercise to routine to help with digestion.

14: Illness
Spots here can indicate that your body is trying to fight off bacteria. Take it easy if you begin feeling unwell and drink plenty of water to give your body some time to relax.

Good bye Paul and may you race to glory in paradise, NO rules there!

Forever Living

When one mentions multilevel marketing, the big rip-off comes into mind. Upon researching Forever Living, I found out that they are incomparably very credible. It is the largest, grower, manufacturer and distributor of aloe Vera, one of the world's largest bee farm and honey producer, the only food supplement producer which contains both fish oil and olive oil in a capsule. It is also the only marketing plan of its kind with NO pairing, points system and middlemen. I have to find out more at foreverliving.com!

Containing over 200 nutritional compounds, Aloe Vera is a plant that has been used for health and beauty purposes for centuries. FOREVER's aloe vera gel is stabilized to provide you with amino acids, vitamins, minerals, polysaccharides, enzymes and various other nutritional factors that can help to strengthen your body's own healing and defense system to improve your general health.
Imagine slicing open an Aloe leaf and consuming the gel directly from the plant. Our Aloe Vera Gel is as close to the real thing as you can get.

The miraculous aloe leaf contains 200 compounds, including 20 minerals, 18 amino acids and 12 vitamins. A product of our patented aloe stabilization process, our gel is favored by those looking to maintain a healthy digestive system and a natural energy level.

Forever Arctic-Sea combines natural fish oils with olive oil to provide Omega 3 and 9 essential fatty acids (EFAs) which can help to improve body resistance, promote cardiovascular health, promote healthy skin and relieve pain. EFAs are oils that must come from your diet. The combination of fish oil and olive oil make this a balanced and potent EFA product.
A vital set of nutrients required for a healthy body are the fatty acids. These nutrients serve several functions, including the make-up of the majority of the protective membrane that surrounds every one of our cells. They are also used by the body as major building blocks for the creation of body fat, needed in appropriate amounts to cushion and protect our internal organs and keep us warm. However, not all fatty acids provide the same benefits. Scientific research has linked the consumption of saturated fatty acids, found predominantly in animal fat, with increased levels of cholesterol and a higher risk of heart attacks, while the unsaturated variety from vegetable oils do not have that effect.

Forever Living Products has formulated a superior nutritional supplement to take advantage of the latest research into this important area of nutrition. By combining Omega-3 with Omega-9, it provides a safe and balanced supplement that can favorably support healthy blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Forever Arctic-Sea Super Omega-3 is a breakthrough in terms of a balanced supplement, using both vegetable and fish oils to derive the benefit of each. Omega-3 is an essential polyunsaturated fatty acid found in salmon and other seafood. Omega-9 is the unsaturated fatty acid found in vegetable products, like olive oil.

Each capsule has an EPA content of 225 mg and 150 mg each of DHA and oleic acid, all of which are lacking in most Western diets. The benefits of EPA and DHA include supporting the circulatory system. They are needed for other functions, including the development and health of the eyes and brain, and can support proper joint function.

• Omega-3 fatty acids have been shown to help support circulatory function
• Omega-3 and Omega-9 fatty acids can help support healthy cholesterol and triglyceride levels
• Helps support proper joint function

The nutrients in bee pollen are readily digestible and easily absorbed by the human body. Forever Bee Pollen may assist in maintaining a healthy circulatory, digestive, immune, and nervous system.
Pollen is the fertilizing dust of flowers. Bees gather and bring it back to their hives for food. Without pollen, plants, trees and flowers could not exist; even we depend on it.

Bee pollen contains a wide spectrum of nutrients to help maintain good health. These include all vitamins of the B-complex and vitamin C. Since these are water soluble, they can be taken daily. Bee pollen also contains vitamins D, E, K, and Beta Carotene (vitamin A), plus numerous minerals, enzymes and coenzymes, plant-source fatty acids, carbohydrates, proteins, and 22 amino acids – including all eight “essential” amino acids that the body cannot manufacture for itself. Bee pollen is one of the most complete foods available.

Bee pollen also contains Lecithin, which exists naturally in all cells and aids in the metabolism of fats. The nutrients in bee pollen are readily digestible and easily absorbed by the human body. Forever Bee Pollen may assist in maintaining a healthy circulatory, digestive, immune, and nervous system.

• Essential supplement
• Contains many vitamins and minerals
• Contains all essential amino acids
• Beneficial to the skin

Thor 2: The Dark World

Initial excitement and anticipation only follows by unexpected disappointment L

I was looking forward to JANE FOSTER's war costume. Disappointingly, there are only glimpses of this.

I personally like LADY SIF. However, her party costume on the whole should portray more feminism.

Ha, ha, ha...

I am NOT gay but I really like LOKI! He is the most stylish and deceptive male villain to date.

In conclusion, Thor 2 fell below my expectations. The good and evil duel ends too soon without much drama or action. In this 'Dark World', again is another addition to dull costumes of comic book adaptations on the big screen. I cannot figure this out. Go watch it and enlighten me!

Gravity...into limbo...

These special effects are good! The best is the single shot transitional scene from space view to the view from inside Dr. RYAN STONE's helmet.

This is when she tried to calm down after detachment from the space shuttle hit.

Nothing fashionable here too. Other than these, I think it is a horrible movie with TWO casts and three corpses! Why is it performing fabulously? Beats me! You have to watch and leave your comments below.

I Dremz of this...zzz...

I dreamed of 'Dremz' on Sun, 13 OCT 2013. The large bow has registered in my mind sub-consciously. This feature is in one of my former college's student's recent fashion show. I believe this design is a compilation of all sub-consciously registered features. These colours are dull and dark. My worst design is better than this. I like this design but not its colours. I may have to ask an other-worldly professional the interpretation for this appearance. It is all up to my fans. What do you think?

Application Precautions

Paranoid Android: How to spot “bad” apps that can take over your phone

Malicious apps can hand criminals total control of your phone - allowing them to run up huge bills, or even steal your identity

Are the apps on your smartphone what they seem? Security firm McAfee warned this week that cybercriminals have disguised malicious software as real-looking banking apps.

Downloading such apps hands the “keys” to your bank account to criminals.

Other malicious apps can hand criminals total control of your phone - allowing them to run up huge bills, or even steal your identity. Cybercriminals adapt their attacks constantly - but there are a few clear signs that warn that an app is bad news …

Even apps on Google’s Play Store aren’t always safe - in just one “purge” earlier this year, Google removed 60,000 malicious apps.

Cybercriminals adapt their attacks constantly - but there are a few clear signs that warn that an app is bad news.

If you're worried, security firms such as AVG, Norton and ESET offer free scanner apps (search on Google Play) which will tell you if your phone is infected.

The app that suddenly becomes free

Many apps have a “Lite” version where you get some functions for free - but you should be cautious if the full version is  offered free of charge. The predictive text keyboard app Swiftkey was offered “free” on pirate sites - but had a built-in keylogger which recorded users’ typing to steal their passwords and other private details.

The strangely familiar app

If you're looking for Bad Piggies, download Bad Piggies - don't download anything that's similar but not quite there (ie misspelt, or with one word changed slightly). Cybercriminals target hit apps with similar-looking fakes - and downloading them is bad news.

The five-star app with bad reviews

Don’t just go by star ratings - read the reviews. Cybercriminals posted a fake version of hit PC game FTL on Google’s Play Store earlier this year - and it garnered five-star ratings, because users were forced to rate the app before it would work. It didn’t work at all, of course - but the criminals earned a tidy sum before the app was pulled.

The app that arrives early

If you’re waiting for the release of a big game or app, and it pops up a week early, be very wary. Earlier this year, scammers released malicious software disguised as BBM - BlackBerry’s messaging software - for Android, on a rumoured launch date. BlackBerry had dismissed the rumour - but 100,000 victims downloaded the app.

The screensaver that needs to send SMS

When you’re installing any Android app, look carefully at the “permissions” it requires - a list of phone functions it needs to access. Dodgy apps will request access to large amounts of information – all your text messages, or all network communications. If an app is requesting this sort of stuff, and it’s just a screensaver, alarm clock or photo editor, don’t install.

The first-timer

Apps without star ratings are usually bad news - why hasn’t anyone reviewed them? When shopping for Android apps, you should think like you’re on eBay - ie has the developer done any other apps? Are there good ratings for them? What does their website look like?

The one from the “bargain” app store

Stores such as Google Play, Amazon’s App Store and GetJar DO sometimes have “bad” apps - but they remove bad apps when detected. Other sites don’t. Be particularly wary of any site offering “free” apps - or sites which review apps, and offer a link to download direct from the review.
