Without women as fashion icons, there will be no fashion. Therefor, a garment design should bring out the best in the average women. This is regardless of their physical appearance. My Citypol-IT-an: Spiler is designed to fill this vacuum. Women can now enhance their appearance and look their best. Gone are the days of fear, laughter and ridicule by peers. Dress in confident as a new era is here!

Citypol-IT-an Spiler, designed for the new ‘IT’ girl / woman working in the Metropolitan, or as in my context, Citypol-IT-an city.  The unique SPIraling ChrysLER Building Top inspired printed shawl starts at the right front waistband, down to the mid-upper thigh, to the rear, then up to the left shoulder loop and down again to the front left hemlines. Hence the name SPILER. The red rose at the waistband is inspired by New York City’s Official Flower. These have variable designs so, you have one dress, many styles. Bold but feminine, all designed to make the average woman outstanding!

Tips for choosing a dress that works for you:

1)   Dark Colour - The colour of the dress should be dark. However, it should NOT be too dark as to reflect gloom. By absorbing light, weaknesses (if any) will be hidden. A darker colour also has a slimming effect.

2)   Waisted - A waisted dress will give a slimmer appearance because the smallest part of the body is cinched. A waistband indicates the upper and lower body. Naturally the lower body is longer. This will strengthen the illusion of elongated legs. This in turn will heighten the average women.

3)   Medium Flared - A medium flared skirt will balance the top. The dress hemlines is also slightly above the knee caps. This also acts as a height enhancing illusion by elongating the legs.

4)   Shawl or Scarf - A shawl or scarf, if used correctly will act as distraction. In Spiler, the spiraling and flowing design will distract first. The flowing shawl enhances the elongated effect of the dress hemlines. A contrasting accessory, such as the red rose in Spiler, will further distract the eye from any weaknesses.

In conclusion, let me present a slimmer, elongated and elegant you! Be proud!
